Today's Topic- Living In The Past
If you have one foot in the future and one foot in the past your pissing on today. We've all dwelled on the past, we're human. But to stay stuck there isn't healthy for any of us. The only thing we can do with the past is learn from it, make amends where we can, forgive others and our selves and accept "what is".
If your past is tormenting you, it's time to heal that wound. I've done this exercise for years and it helps along with affirmations to "let go". Write a letter to the noble friend that hurt you or to yourself. Be as raw as possible and honest. Then burn it and affirm to send that person love & light. It may take a few times but eventually you will feel lighter.
